If I asked you what are your primary foods and what are your secondary foods, what would you answer?

When I first heard this same question I immediately thought- Primary- Proteins, fiber, carbohydrates. Secondary - vitamins and minerals etc.

The answer took me by surprise, it's a perspective I never thought about before I heard it, watch the video to find out.
