Private Yoga Instruction
I am available for private yoga instruction in Delray Beach, FL and between Boca Raton, FL and Manalapan, FL. One-on-One yoga instructions is great for anyone looking for individalized attention and a personalized plan of action. Private yoga lessons are great for beginners and adavanced studdents alike, as well as for anyone with injuries and specific needs.
I view yoga and exercise a bit different than most people do. For me it’s not about having six pack abs, having the perfect handstand, or contortion like flexibility- although those could be side effects, for me, it’s more about cultivating a practice. A practice is about mastery of self. Mastery of body movement. Mastery of our thoughts. And mastery of our emotions and actions. When we commit to mastery, our physical activity, diet, emotions, relationships, and career, all fall into place because we begin living consciously. My movement practice is Yoga. I practice and teach different styles of this movement art: Budokon, Vinyasa, Aerial, SUP, and Yin Yoga.
Group Yoga Instruction
I teach several weekly group classes in three different studios around Delray Beach, Fl at Bamboo Garden Yoga, Palm Beach Gym, and EAU Spa.

Festivals, Events, & Corporate Yoga
I have taught at several festivals, and corporate events and you can book me for your next festival or event! Please see below the different styles of yoga I can offer.
Budokon Yoga
The Budokon® Yoga system can be summed up in one sentence: The art of seamless transition coupled with the beauty of circular rotation. This style of yoga blends hatha yoga, martial arts, animal movements and meditation. It must be experienced to be understood. It is a dynamic class focused on fluidity, strength, agility, and balance.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In Vinyasa yoga we coordinate the poses with the breath to flow from one posture to another. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a relatively new style of yoga (5-10 yrs) that blends traditional yoga poses, pilates, acrobatics, and dance with the use of a hammock-like fabric as a strategized, user-friendly method, that help the practitioner to self-direct his/her own journey into a posture and beyond.
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and Yoga. This can be practiced on the beach, pool, or a lake and it is great to cultivate strength, focus, connection with nature and of course, balance. SUP Yoga can enhance an individual’s yoga practice, because unlike a mat, the board responds to the movement of the yoga practitioner, therefore bringing awareness to where you might be out of alignement.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from one to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one posture for five minutes or more. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
