The 5 Ds that Sabotage you
Do you ever feel like you want to achieve something but you sabotage yourself and don't seem to get anywhere?
This week's topic is about the 5 Ds that sabotage you and get in the way from completing what you say you want for yourself. Wether that is loosing weight, eating healthier, changing bad habits, starting to exercise, or change careers. This concept can be applied to anything you feel stuck in moving forward with.
