Dish In Dish Out - Starbucks

In this episode of Dish In Dish Out, brought to you by the Foodable WebTV Network, I break down my healthy herbal frappuccino. We all need a little pick-me-up sometimes, and if you have the opportunity to make a homemade herbal coffee, this frapp is delicious! But for those times when you're on-the-go, I also fill you in on the best dining out options at Starbucks, and gives us some helpful, healthful tips on the best ingredients to keep you energized without compromising your health goals.

Herbal Coffee Frappuccino Recipe:

Combine in your blender:

2 cups ice
1 cup Milk (nut milk for those like me ;) 
.75 cups Herbal Coffee or Regular Coffee
.25 cups Protein Powder
1 tbsp of Raw Cocao
1 tbsp of Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup

Blend all together until desired consistency and enjoy!
